Ten piece art punk marching band Perhaps Contraptions took their twisted experimental brass pop for a walk around Tooting (I’m sure there’s a terrible pun to be made there but I’m not going to be the one to make it) as part of The Streets at the London Jazz Festival, a weekend of live jazz both in traditional venues as less commonly used spaces. Perhaps Contraption took the concept to the extreme, perambulating around tube stations, markets and pub gardens with a gaggle of enthusiastic listeners in tow.
