Video of the Day: Girlpool – Magnifying Glass

Short and sweet, today’s track from Philadelphia based guitar & vox duo Girlpool clocks in at just 40 seconds, but with its scattershot vocals and meandering guitar plucking, it leaves an impression that will last a great deal longer.  Perfectly accompanied by Craig Sheihing’s quirky quick cut video, it’s a quick glimpse into the wonderful and fragile world of the band’s debut album Before The World Was Big, out now on Wichita Records.

Before The World Was Big is our album of the week on Wednesday’s Joyzine Radio Show – tune in at http://www.croydonradio.com on Wednesday from 7-9pm to hear tracks from the LP.
