The last time that we checked in with Jad Fair and his band of surrealist troupe Half Japanese were warning us of an ‘Attack of The Giant Leeches’, and while that particular peril appears to have passed on, we’re now faced with the attack of ‘The Puppet People’ in this warped slice of psychedelic pop splendour.
The track comes from their new album Invincible, and given these varied assaults on humanity, that’s probably just as well. The album is out on 22nd February on Fire Records.
