ALBUM REVIEW: CLAMM- CARE

‘Care’ is the second album from CLAMM, an Australian based trio of noise punk rockers. They formed in 2019, with their first album ‘Beseech Me’ being self released in 2020. In 2021, their first album was given a ‘proper’ release via Tin Angels Records sub-label Meat Machine. With two years since their debut, and probably one of the weirdest years of many of our lives, there has been plenty happening for the band to be inspired by.

‘Care’ is an album of intense punk with a truck load of passion. With topics touched upon including governments, world leaders and COVID, this album is political and proud. Each song grabs you like a whirlwind, giving you a good shake, before moving to the next and grabbing you even harder with each song. CLAMM want you to sit up and listen, and they do a damn good job in making sure you do. This is punk for the modern era.
