Live in Pictures: U.S. Girls at EartH Theatre, London

Following the recent release of their latest record Scratch It, U.S. Girls brought their tour to the decaying grandeur of London’s EartH Theatre (a haunted-looking venue if ever there was one), the night before Halloween.

Meghan Remy and the band successfully transformed what started as a strangely-formal seated affair into a boogie befitting of their more lively funk and soul wares by the end of the night, with a little help from an enthusiastic dance pioneer.

Photographer Mat Coffey (AKA Der Fotoautomat) was there to capture the evening.
