Lancashire spoken word artist Equinox worked with an impressive selection of collaborators for his debut album, including Joyzine favourites Deux Furieuses and Feral Five. He’s back with a new set of musical partners for his second album Correction, with the likes of Reed Hays of Reed & Caroline, punk rapper Razorrawks and Helen McCookerybook of The Chefs providing the accompaniment to his distopian poetry.
A video has been created for each of the fourteen songs on the album, and we’re delighted to bring you the premiere of its opening track ‘Broken’, which features long-term Joyzine favourite Lark (aka visual artist Karl Bielik) providing suitably doomy backing.
Correction is released via Wormhole World on 30th August, and is available from their Bandcamp page.
