After a few months’ hiatus, Camden Rocks Presents made a welcome return to North London this summer, and Joyzine’s Rupert Hitchcox was at recently revitalised legendary NW1 venue The Barfly, camera in hand for their latest all-dayer.
The stacked line-up featured glam-punk thrillers The Priscillas, London rock & rollers River Hounds, veteran indie trio Midway Still, alt-punks Barking Poets, rising rock quartet Can’t Stop Talking, prog-influenced acoustic rock from Leoni Jane Kennedy and Tooth Gore’s mash up of pop punk, surf rock and doo wop.
