We’ve reached the half-way point on this year’s Joyzine Advent Calendar and to celebrate we have another day of double downloadable delights for you.
First up is spoken word artist Equinox, whose debut album It’s Hard To Be Happy When Your Head Is Full of Sin was released in June. The LP features collaborations with Joyzine favourites Deux Furieuses and Feral Five, along with many others including Snippet, who features on today’s track ‘Don’t Die On Me’.

Today’s second track comes from Canadian-Ukranian duo Ummagma, who are currently crowd-funding their new album Compass on Indiegogo. The album is due for release in April, so to whet your appetite we have a remixed track from their recent LCD EP. ‘Lama’ was re-worked by Robin Guthrie of Cocteau Twins fame and the EP also features remixes by Dean Garcia of Curve.
